While packaging CMake 2.8.12 on FreeBSD I've noticed that Stephen's
commit 9ce60ff5 (Qt4Macros: Allow specifying a TARGET in invokations of
macros) changed the number of arguments required by the
QT4_CREATE_MOC_COMMAND macro.
