I'm somewhat prone to seasickness. I found through personal experience when I was much younger the following three precautions that I try my best to follow: 1. Get enough sleep the night before boating. Being sleepy is similar to dizziness (at least for me) and sleepiness can make seasickness

I’ve had very good luck with Stugeron. I took it once during an ocean race where I was below for an extended period doing a bunch of clean up in rough conditions and was feeling better pretty quickly I’ve also seen it work with people that are prone to seasickness. I have not had a problem
