get through the Gulf Stream. He wasn't as tough as he thought he was.

I don't believe a captains license incurs any extra liability if you are a
passenger on a vessel. If you are the captain - you could lose your license
if the situation warranted.
The quote below is from the maritime institute faq.
Q: Am I liable or do I carry additional responsibility for what
Hi Keith. Where are you purchasing the boat? I got my boat in Manitoba 2 years
ago and had a trailer made there. The company that built it, Saturn Trailer,
sent a guy who took measurements and placed the posts right on the bulkheads
and stiff areas. I was very happy. There were alot of 29's
All this talk about captains license, etc. So you think you know how to
operate your boat? Navigate around your area? Avoid stuff? Ever taken
a Power Squadron course?

The Kingston Museum has the original drawings for many CC's, you could get
in touch with them. Several of us on the list bought the lines plans for

Five long farts means 'You are in immediate danger.'
Ducks know this, which is why they normally do three quacks (because
they're backing up) but when you hear a duck give you five quacks you
need to ... duck.

Hi Keith,
I purchased a 29 mark 2 in 2012 and had a cradle made by Marine Cradle Shop
in Sutton (north of Toronto, ON).
Shipping would likely be too expensive to Calgary.
If you contact me off list, I can send photographs and dimensions.
I have a list of 29 owners and I will add you to the list
MCS ships to Halifax regularly. They also build CradleRide trailers.
Since they have the plans for CC29-2 they could build your trailer.
Likely $5000

RCR Yachts has had this trailer in their 'Flea Market section of their

why they still have it.
