There is some stuff called Marine Clean by Por15 that works great as a solvent. Also I used a fuel tank cleaner and sealer back when I built my old truck. Don't remember what it was though. Do you have a clean-out port? Maybe a radiator shop could clean it.  Doug MountjoysvPegasusLF38 ju
