Renaming my new (to me) 1988 Landfall 39 on Friday. Significant Other will be stricken from Poseidon's records, and I will ask him to watch over all that sail on Rebecca Leah (after my daughters) from here on out. My daughter's will be at the ceremony and then a nice sail out on Puget Sound.  I

Black on start, clears with RPM. Does it come back? Sometimes dirty or old injectors can leak a little fuel back on top of the cylinders while shutdown. It burns of during startup and blows black smoke. It may not make a lot of difference to the operation of the engine but will probably get wor

If your tank is like ours, almost all the gunk is in the Racor and very little is left in the tank. The fuel pickup seems to get it all to the Racor. Last time I had a little bit of water and gunk in the bottom of the fuel tank I used our Pela 6000 Oil Extractor to suck it up. Ken H. On 3 Augus
