Chuck,
I have a Harken traveler that was retrofitted. It fits into the channel
nicely. Not so sure about the Lewmar. An interesting note, I have seen the
aluminum channel mounted both ways (U shape up and U shape down) on several
35-3 models. It seems to work either way. That may be an
Some of the parts are interchangeable.
The injector pump should be the same but the fuel flow settings might be
slightly different.
The injectors are extremely similar except for the diameter of the body
which fits in the head. You can actually swap bodies but this could affect
"pop" pressure.

On mine, the front parts have screws going through the headliner in the head,
above the hanging locker, and above the bulkhead going into the main cabin.
Rach section has two screws and in mine, they have little silver plugs covering
the holes. In the main cabin, the screws go through the inte
Gary,
The fuel pump and injectors were rebuilt by a highly reputable shop in
Richmond, BC called Fred Holmes Fuel Injection Ltd.
I paid top dollar for top workmanship.
I have the bills and they are as follows:
Rebuild fuel injectors $634.77
Rebuild high pressure fuel pump $1649.58
Total $22
Touche' has an endless traveler sheet on swivel cam cleats which allows
release and adjustment from the high side. I like Touche's configuration
better than a traditional windward sheeting car. Here's pics:

Yep, a heat gun will help. I disassembled mine a couple years ago. It
will require some finagling and patience but can be done. A painters knife
inserted between the extrusions should get the separation started. Try not
to mark up the ends of the extrusions. When you get ready to reassemble,

On my boat the grab rails are matched sets. The outside grab rails have long
(3 or 4 inches long) screws that attach to nuts on the inner grab rails. The
two sandwich the cabin roof in between.

Mine came with the boat. There wasn't any Loctite used. Only drive pins
holding the sections together.

Anyone ever take apart a Harken MkIII Furler?
I installed mine by myself ten years ago and now want to replace the damaged
top section while the mast is out. The stay is rod so I'll have to pull all
the sections off from the bottom to get to the top one. I am worried the
parts won't come ap

Steve,
Here are some pictures of my sisters 30 with a dodger and Bimini. They also
have a connector panel.

Hi,
I am new to the list although I have been enjoying reading listers posts for
about a year while refitting my C&C 35.
I have a complete Yanmar 3GM30F for sale.
Some of the parts have been professionally rebuilt and never used, still in
packaging. All bills available.
I am hoping for 50
The handrails are screwed or bolted into the interior cabin handrails,

and you will have access. There are a few areas where there isn't a
handrail, and you should find plugs in the

With the cabin headliner on my 1980 30’ MK1 being one solid piece, there are no
accessible bolts for the cabin top grab rail. I’m sure I could figure out how
to remove the grab rail but without a bolt to hold the underside to tighten it
back up I’m a bit lost. Does anyone know how how I’d refast
