I wonder how long it will take Eglin AFB to clear the aircraft. Between
the 33 rd Fighter wing, the Armaments Directorate and the climatic lab,
they have just about one of every aircraft flying. I spent a lot of
time there in the early 80's (Building 999).
Hopefully everybody makes out well
Thanks,

OK. Category 3 rated marina with floating piers well off the bay. Wind
should be mostly from the north and on the bow. Maybe 30 feet of fetch.

I'll be there in ego ally. The harbor master indicated that she would
probably arrange for us to be near the bathrooms and harbor master office,
which means that we will be side tied to the break wall. I'll be there
probably Thursday through Monday and if you decided that you want to side

Is it slowing down at all? If so, you may just not have "burped" the system
sufficiently when you replaced the coolant. Some cars were notorious for that,
which is some cases caused problems down the road.RonWild CheriC&C 30-1STL

Sadly the guy who bought it from me has decided it’s not for him. No
issues with the boat, I think he now wants a trawler.

Bacon Sails in Annapolis!! They use the Quantum software to design the
sails and have them made in Sri Lanka across the street from the North
facility.
Ask for Gary, tell him I said to give you the boat show discount!

Edd,I used precision sails. They have a sail loft in Canada but do overseas
sails. You do the measurements for them. Pretty easy to do. I probably
spoke to them half a dozen times. They double checked all the measurements
with the use of a photograph you take. It all went really well. T
Are you talking about the front piece photo on page 54 of the October issue

The boat appears to be a 30-1, sail number 242, if anyone on here knows the
owner. But the name on the transom is pretty much unreadable in the photo.

Edd,
Our local sailmaker (Bierig Sailmakers) makes great sails, and is just now
experimenting with a new style that he describes as a spider web pattern.
The idea is to get all the warp in line to take the load and reduce stretch.
He has done a couple and is pretty happy with the results. I t

Edd,
When you get the sail, consider not using Sunbrella for the UV sun cover, but a
sacrificial strip of the sail cloth. I have it on my second jib and in both
cases it worked great. The first one lasted 10 years (and I sold the boat) and
this one is on the 5 year and is not showing any signs
