Stus-List Hitachi 55A alternator question - 12.63 v output

Hi Russ, I had alternator issues (Diodes) I looked into having refurbed and found it wasn't worth fooling with. I found a shiny, brand new, genuine Hitachi (Yanmar's OEM) alternator for about $75.00- 80.00 shipped on eBay. I just put it in myself, it was a plug and play 30-45 minutes install.

Stus-List Rust proof a gauge

Joe, You can remove rust from chrome with steel wool as long as it’s just on the surface. If it’s in deep you are out of luck. If you can get the rust off wax helps keep it off. Not as big an issue in sweet water! Len Sent from my iPad ___ Thanks eve
