Tom, I have a 29-2 with standard keel and have a multiplier. I reacted the load on the multiplier arm with a 4x4 placed against the grid. Overall it was no drama I am in Glen Head, which isn't that far from your neck of the woods. If you run into problem with plan A, let me know and we can get

Very happy with the quality and service from Garhauer. I also worked with Guido. I replaced my traveler this spring. I sent them my old track and they used it as a drill template, so installation was easy with no new holes to drill. The Garhauer cars are low friction, and high quality.
