Hello Rocky,
Turns out my windows are bronze and the thickness is 3/8”. So, I would
definitely like to get some of the extra plexiglass you have.

I went thru this last year in CT. Hard to cheaply get the plexi. Local plexi
guy in Saybrook got the 3/16 in 2064 tint and cut two windows for $450.

I replaced my fixed port lights two years ago. I used 1/4 “extruded plexiglas
with VHB tape and Dow 795. The plexi had enough flex to accommodate the curve
of the cabin and the VHB tape held it in place. The 795 was used to seal the
gap. The installation was the easiest part of that job. The
Josh did you find out the proper thickness of the portlights? I bought a
sheet of 3/8” bronze 2412 I believe but haven’t had a chance to do it. Now
I'm concerned that it’s too thick.
Anyone know? I may cut a small one out today and find out.

There is absolutely no chance that it is 3/8ths. It's not a port hatch.
It's a long thin window that needs to be slightly bent to conform to the
curve of the boat. I measured it at 5mm but the next closest imperial

There also has to be a local supplier, I live in a small-ish city (400k
people) and can name at least 3 places that sell plastic sheets.

Hi Josh,
If none of your windows are longer than 4' you may find it more economical
