They were forced to do that after several years of budget cut after
budget cut. They got to the point where no matter how smart they worked,
they just no longer had enough people and resources to get the job done.

Seems like a lot to charge to administer something that basically takes about a

I tried renewing by scanning and emailing last year; they misplaced the
renewal. At least when I called them and they figured out what was going on,
they dated my renewal as of the date of the phone call, effectively giving me
six months free.
