There is a sizeable flock of Barrow's Goldeneyes at the Windy Gap, US 40 and
Hwy 125 west of Granby. FOS American White Pelican also seen there.

Mymm Ackley, Margie Joy, and I saw two mostly alternate plumage Common Loons,
and one in basic plumage near the boat ramp at the SWA on NW side of Pueblo
Reservoir. Also, 7 American Avocets, 2 Greater Yellowlegs, 1 Lesser
Yellowlegs, 2 Cinnamon Teal, a Bonaparte's Gull, and two
Folks- the Eastern Phoebe is still foraging and vocalizing near the
little bridge crossing S. Boulder Creek just N. of S. Boulder Rd a few
hundred meters west of the trail underpass (see map link below.).

Before it got sunny today I had two FOS chipping sparrows a ruby-crowned
kinglet in the yard. The chippers were alongside two still-overwintering
white-crowned sparrows 7 juncos of three varieties, and the usual year-round
resident spotted towhee, jays, magpie, both chickadee

I am leading a grouse tour and on day two we headed east from Pueblo and are
currently in Lamar.

Lake Meredith had decent numbers of birds but they were mostly on the south

Dear Cobirders,
Earlier today, while searching Walden Ponds for the Mexican Duck, I
found out about the Eastern Phoebe and so I bailed, never having a chance to
thoroughly check Walden. So, I headed back to Walden Ponds this evening and
was delighted to see and hear many more

The Black Phoebe found by Kellner was still present today, 4/11 at 5:30 pm at
the location previously described near the bike path.

On a nice bike ride along the Poudre River Trail up to Watson Lake in
Bellevue and back to Fort Collins, my wife and I saw many (20) of the
Washington / Mountain Turkey Vultures returning to roost.
Along the trail, I also spotted a Say's Phoebe (FOS for me) fly-
