Greetings All I spent the day wandering around Montezuma County encountering about 90 species. The LUCY'S WARBLERS are back at Yellowjacket (someone else had 'em a couple days before I). Two pairs, one right around the public/private border and another pair about 100 meters into public territ

CObirders, I spent an hour and a half walking the loop around Lowell Ponds today hoping for a bunch of swallows and other FOS things I've seen reported elsewhere this week. Literally the last birds I saw were 2 - Northern Rough-winged Swallows! And that was it for swallows. Also around were 1 Myr

COBirders, I found a Northern Parula along the creek on the south side of Sinton Pond at 9:10 this morning. I watched it for 10-15 minutes before it flew out of sight. At 10:35 am, it reappeared about 50 meters east of where it was first found. Linda Hodges and I tracked it at that point. Mark Pet
