Hi folks,
I forgot to post yesterday that I refound an Indigo Bunting at the
Auditorium at Chautauqua in Boulder yesterday morning. I don't know if this
bird was ever mentioned here on CoBirds, as I learned about it on facebook
a couple weeks ago, and saw that it had been mentioned on eBird as

As I mentioned the other day, I was surprised to hear the song of the
Blue-winged Warbler in Welchester Grant Tree Park. This was a lifer for me,
and as I walked around the park waiting to hear that bee-BU that I'd
gotten familiar with over the years in commercial sound
We spotted a male Mountain Bluebird yesterday afternoon watched him for a
good hour half or so. He was feeding 2 fledgelings in our Elm tree. I did
see a female only once flying over disappeared. I was fortunate enough to get
some pics that I have posted on Flickr. The male is at it again

The Acorn Woodpecker was found again this morning in the same general area as
described below. It is continuing to try and hang out with a pair of Red-headed
Woodpeckers.
