I'm at 8000 feet in Coal Creek Canyon. Our wrens arrive around May 5 - 15,
so it may be earlier down in Arvada.

I'm having difficulty finding this hotel -- is it the Wyndham Pagosa resort
on Pinon Causeway?
I'm in the Wyndham rewards program and want to contact them.

We live in Coal Creek Canyon at 8000 feet and our Stellar's Jays often fool
us into thinking there's a RTHA nearby!

I seem to remember that the Lookout Mountain attack grouse ended up being
run over and killed by a car.

Are you putting the seed in the same location near the Trading Post as last

I live in Coal Creek Canyon between Boulder and Golden at 8000 ft. We have
a LOT of wrens up here this spring and summer -- they were infrequent
before. I put up some nest boxes and had 2 successful batches of fledglings
in one of the boxes.

We haven't had ANY Evening Grosbeaks this winter at our feeders. Since we
moved here 3 years ago, they occasionally dropped by to my delight. I
wonder if the floods have anything to do with this? There has been a lot of
unusual wildlife experiences here in Coal Creek Canyon this winter.
