Birders, is it possible that I just saw a Canyon Wren in Littleton, CO???
It was unmistakably a wren and it definitely had a white neck. It was
flitting around on the ground in typical wren fashion making a rather sharp
annoying chirping.
Thanks for any insight!

I must have at least 50 Cassin's in my yard. Honestly, if it wasn't for
this group, I think I would have passed right over them, mistaking them for
House Finches. I'm an amatuer compared to those in this group. I wonder
if they have been visiting in years past, but I overlooked
Hi there. Does anyone know where I can take an injured Flicker (we think
it hit a window)? It is alert and can move its wings, but it is not flying
away. I'm not sure if it can move its legs. We kept it in a box overnight
hoping it would take off in the morning, but no luck.

Cobirds, add Virginia's Warbler to my earlier list, hanging out in my

morning was definitely Yellow Rumped.

I am considering purchasing an owl box for Screech Owls. Though I have never
seen any in my area, I am hoping to attract them to my yard as nesters. Is
this a long shot or a worthwhile endeavor?

Happy Halloween, Cobirders. I saw a very busy flock of Blue-Gray
Gnatcatchers this morning. There were about 15-20 birds going from
Ponderosa to Ponderosa in a residential neighborhood at C470 & Kipling. I
was able to get very close to them, but I had no camera.

All, the bird was there as of 3:30 today, in the location described by
Doug. At the time I saw him, he was in the vicinity of a yellow fire

Regina, I can confirm a sighting today near Kipling & C470, perched on the
post of a split rail fence on the south side of the highway. I also
spotted the bird about 3 weeks ago on one of the light poles at Wadsworth &
