Marston Reservoir can be viewed from Old S. Wadsworth Blvd from the west side.
The lake can be viewed also from the east side, from Bow Mar Dr. Since The

viewing is frustrating at times. When more water will be put i

Hi all,
I apologize for not posting for ages. I had a serious accident last June and it
is taking longer than I thought to recover. It did not help, when I tried to
send this and my computer decided not to work.
*Of note, I had my first Broad-tailed Hummingbird show up in my yard APRIL
11th.
I saw 2, first cycle Glaucous Gulls at Marston Reservoir today sitting on the
ice. They were seen from the east side, from Bow Mar Dr. Many Herring Gulls

I checked Marston this afternoon. To my surprise, I saw a Common Loon way out

Ring-billed Gulls, and 4 California Gulls were present. Nothing unusual.
Happy Birding!

I hit Marston Reservoir real late this afternoon.
One blue morph Snow Goose, along with the usual waterbirds were present at the
lake. The Snow Goose arrived on the west side of the lake around 4:15pm,
accompanied by 100's of Canada Geese. About 50 Cackling Geese were present.
