Birders,
I got a call from Lynne Miller that the adult white-phase Reddish Egret
was present at the same location at Adobe Creek Reservoir as recently as
4 p.m. today.
Lynne reminds potential visitors to park well back from the edge of the
lake. The beach substrate at Adobe Creek Reservoir i
This information is from David Charter, after the Reddish Egret flew west from
Lake Cheraw this morning.
"There actually is an isolated pond on the west side of the highway 109. It
probably went down in there, but I can't see it from the road. The pond can

Birders,
The sub-adult dark-morph Reddish Egret was still present at Adobe Creek

west end of the reservoir. If it is with the huge flock of American
White Pelicans, it can be surprisingly hard to locate, especially if it
