copied the cocoon.war to %CATALINA%\webapps directory.

I am fairly new to cocoon. I am trying to install
cocoon and make it work with tomcat but I have not
been able to do that. Here's some more info--
OS: Windows 2000 professional
JVM: Sun jdk1.3
tomcat: Tomcat version 3.3
cocoon: cocoon version 1.8.2
When I start tomcat, it works fine;
