I want to thank everyone for these ideas. I will look into these

develop, but I will say that IMO one of the most helpful traits you can have as
an IT worker is a willingness to get past any imposter (and/or grandiose)

Consider getting your org going on GitHub. That will give you a framework for
doing a lot of what you describe. Plan with project boards. Assign people
tickets! Great collaboration tools. Your colleagues will feel hip using it and
you will be all the hipper for turning them onto it.
