[Coder-Com] how to make operator to see the list of secret channels

To Whom It May Concerns: I am using ircu2.10.10 as IRC server. When I make config, there is a couple of options to make operator to see secret channels, to change the mode of a secret channel, etc. I used mIRC as a client and loged in as an operator (oper nick password) and wanted to use LIST
