I'm using the JSVC to run multiple java processes. I would like to be
able to tell them apart when viewing the process list. Currently they
all display as jsvc-exec. The patch contains a new command line

I had the query in a properties file. The numbers for the set
were the result of another query. It was a string named sids in
the form of a CSV.
