Pete, I've created the new taglib in Jelly, and deployed a commons-jelly-tags-velocity-SNAPSHOT.jar to ibiblio. If you want to take a stab at 'changing' the xdoc, plexus and uberjar plugins to use the new taglib, feel free :) This, and the code removal from Maven, is all that's left to do on
