The svn:externals property was set to check out the whole components rather
than just the trunks of each component. I've tested my commit privs by fixing
this (The working copy from a full checkout as below is now only 23M)
Otherwise, the structure looks pretty good and the cli conversion

I've set the svn:externals properties on the current subdirectory, if
you do this:
svn co https://svn.apache.org/repos/test/jakarta/commons/current/
You will get the current trunk for proper components.
