I agree with Paul here. In this entire matter, the authors have blamed the
wrong party - i think it should be a SEACOM issue in the first place. This
makes me wonder -why did the authors put the blame on Cloud Innovation? They

Hi all,
Taking a good look at this resource, it is obviously a summary of the policies
to be discussed.
Larus fellowship tends towards promoting the youth - students included-. I
think this summary will be a good starting point for new members who are fresh
in the policy development process.

It is heart breaking to find out that the rough consensus was announced by a
floor member. This means the long hours on the plane to participate in such an
