Well is that color the standard menu color? Also, are they part
transparent or I am just seeing them wrong? They just do not seem to

The ADD Helper plugin doesn't do anything though (that I can see at
least).
Currently I have the behind windows fade out normally. Issues arise
with a clicked window not letting a behind window fade properly and the
dektop not acting like a window for fading purposes (from what I can
tell right n
But cube still works... It used to fold out and one could see all the
desktops... It only has the standard Ubuntu desktop switch present
(that's the one your probably seeing...).

I looked into it again and it's when the "Shift Switcher" has "Alt +
Tab" as the main and "Application Switcher" is hiding in the background
(using the code but not the key stroke).
