I'm Unable to reproduce this behavior, I have tried from a Live Usb of Ubuntu 9.04 . But *every time I repeat it* , as soon as the firefox window is minimized the "Run Application" Window gains focus. Works correctly . Marking this as incomplete , *maybe someone else can reproduce this behavior

First of all, this is _not_ a bug within compiz, I am using metacity. You can indeed reproduce the bug with the default ubuntu 9.04 iso _without modifications_ to it. Just burn the standard cd, boot it, fire up ubuntu. Once your logged in, press alt+f2, enter firefox. hit enter. Firefox will be

Good catch Michael, As Michael also points out, I too was not able to reproduce this behavior. But I'm not sure if you are referring to the z-order or focus. If you are referring to z-order, as in the new application window does not come to the foreground, that is the intended behavior. If you
