In my case, I don't "work on my office computer" when using the VPN. The VPN software is installed on my home computer. Basically it puts me inside the corporate firewall. I could work on my office computer if I had the software necessary to "remote" to it, which I do not. It makes sense from a

The latest version of Windows Update is incompatible with Zone Alarm, causing the firewall to block access to the Internet via IE and/or Firefox. Zone Alarm is working on a solution, but in the meantime, I've shutdown ZA and gone back to Windows firewall until they can get along. Richard P.
