Realistically? Win98, WinME, WinXP. But also maybe Win95 or Win7.
The solution is probably about the same in all of them, but I always
try to make the point that when one reports troubles one needs to give
basic information.

How can I change whatever tag makes the "mydocuments" folder show
up at top of the folder list in Windows Explorer. I have a folder
under C drive which I would prefer to be at the top of the list.

box. Codec/containers etc can be extremely confusing especially when you
get into subtitle support etc.
