You can get em on torrent sites...and before anyone cries foul, MS is going
to release a public beta before going GM so using these released torrents is
hardly a problem. 7077 I believe is the latest.

I heard an ugly rumor that all those folks downloading and using the
Beta's from the Torrents will be sore out of luck when the final
version is released.
They will have to reformat and start over.
Apparently only those releases done by MS and downloaded from MS site
will be given a code to u

Never, never update...clean install. Anyone downloading this and trying to
use it as a primary os, deserves any problems they get.
That said...build 7000 had a bug that apparently obliterated mp3 files.

In that event, I don't have much of an answer. I'm sure that iTunes on Mac
is an excellent product, but we've had nothing but trouble with the Windows
version in my house. Others I've talked to haven't had
Is there any way to remove the very intrusive search box that Windows Search
4.0 puts on the WinXP task bar? And put it away until it is wanted, perhaps
brining it up when needed by clicking on a systray icon or a quicklaunch icon.
I'm not really sure what Windows Search 4.0 really does for me,

Don't feel too bad. I too have had nothing but trouble with iTunes,
mostly on XP machines. Fortunately, it's not like the program is
actually _needed_ for anything, so these days I just recommend against
using it at all.
