i plan to make some changes to licq. there are things that shoudl be built,
but aren't being built.
i also want to add a gtk based licq plugin. there are actually people out
there who think that licq = have to use qt, i would like to see that
changed. the gtk based plugin does not have all
what does everyone think?

The latest cooker initscripts have initlog linked to libpopt, but
libpopt is in /usr/lib and is not available (for those of us who segment

the install croaks in expert text mode after i choose the (generic types of)
packages i want. it restarts the computer.
