The PHP4 that is part of cooker currently does NOT have the MySQL option set
properly - hence when trying to enable it for apache with MySQL (like for
PHPNuke) it does not work.
There are alternate PHP4 RPMs for proper installation - unfortunately they
do not work with the apache that is part of

7.2B3 installed on an Acer Aspire doesn't recognize the Acer USB
devices,
and so loses the USB keyboard and mouse. The mouse has never worked in
7.1, but the keyboard worked in the old mode. I lose the keyboard now
right after the USB system is initialized.

fontsize I find useful with emacs/xemacs is 14pt fixed and the misc
fixed font for this size does not appear to include italic. As a
result, I get an ugly scaled font. Is there a fix for this?

I've just intalled 7.2beta from rpmfind, and can't connect to my win98 server
via vnc anymore. A connection gets made but authenication fails. Using the
same password from Windows connects ok. Any ideas what the problem is?
