Demand dialing is now built into pppd, so diald isn't as
necessary as it was in the past. I've been told that there
is some additional control that can be had with diald, but
I've found pppd with demand dialing to be sufficient. A set
of articles that will get it setup is available at

Hello,
I revised the unsupported KDE 2.1 rpm's for 7.2 with January 1, 2000 builds.
The biggest change is kdenetwork now includes a patched kmail to handle imap
servers.

Sorry, I should have said:
Rebuilding jed-B0.99.12-1mdk.src.rpm should produce
rgrep-B0.99.12-1mdk.i586.rpm.

Hi, I try your RPM for mandrake 7.2 and I found that ksysctrl is missing in the
distribution,
I suspect that my change to ksysctrl are the reason for that (ksysctrl is now a
kcontrol module and some other change like ksysctrl now use the same format for

Hello!
I've installed sawfish-0.34-3mdk and XFree86-4.0.2-1mdk on a cooker
installation. Before I used a pre-7.2 cooker. After I installed
everything, the left ALT key is mapped to ALT. For XEmacs I need a META
key. How can I redefine ALT so, that it acts like META?
Thx,

Is the package named "jabber-1.0.1-3mdk.src.rpm"
"jabber-1.0.1-3mdk.i586.rpm" obselete? If so, can it be removed from the
mirror?
The package named "rgrep-B0.99.11-4mdk.i586.rpm" is old.
jed-B0.99.12-1mdk.src.rpm should provide rgrep-B0.99.12-1mdk.i586.rpm.
