There is a way you can run the HP 720 under Mandrake, but it requires a little bit of effort. The program is beta, but what isn't for Linux, and it's called pnm2ppa. I also own an HP 720, but after trying out this beta software, I was very impressed with the results. My advice is to read up on

Hi, I tried /usr/sbin/supermount -i disable and it did not help. The problem I'm having is that whenever I try to use supermount with either of my two cd drives, it gives me and input/out error, but I notice that it is accessing the floppy drive. If I use supermount to mount the floppy drive
