There are two problems here: the FirstLogin=false doesn't seem to be set (this
is done at the start of kpersonalizer.cpp) and if or when it is set, it is
somehow deleted.

Due to a shortage of devoted followers, the

konqueror3 does seem to work. For some reason, Mozilla doesn't work with it
either, but Netscape does.

Konqueror 3 seems to do a lot better though. At least with KDE3 there should

I just did a cooker update, and when I try to boot the latest kernel I get
"Kernel panic: VFS: unable to mount root fs on 03:06". This is a ReiserFS
partition on hda5. I've had this problem with all 2.4.17 cooker kernels.

I've used live_update twice so far, and each time,
/etc/{resolv.conf,services,protocols} have become symlinks to themselves
(using the full path). I can link the first two to old copies, and I hope
protocols wasn't too important.
