My cups was working a bit in 8.2 Beta 3 via localhost:631. I did not try Kups though. Only problem is at install it detected my HP Deskjet 720 C OK but used the new Deskjet series driver. This is wrong, the 720C is a super cheap (win printer type) printer and need the pnm2ppa type driver.

Mike, I got the same 'mem missing' segfault installing on Athlon 900, 512Mb RAM. The problem in my case appears the be that I was using software RAID for / and /usr. I reinstalled only RAIDing /home and it went fine (after failing 3 times in about the same place before). Any use to you ?
