Horde 2.2.1 Imp 3.1 have an issue with newer versions of php (= 4.3.0)
A non-critical error is generated when
horde/imp don't use a db backend. turba does, but we
don't even have it configured to work out of the box,
so if you configured it so that it actually works,
you'd know you needed to install mysql or pgsql.
