I tested this with the Dell Latitude D600 and noticed that at least
battery status etc does not work with this laptop. (I booted with lilo
options acpi=on apm=of)

and no problems yet so ACPI seem finally to be fixed
for nForce2... and native IDE UDMA133 is not bad either...
... and there is some other fun stuff too...
