I have to apologize for my last reply to your help.
I made a silly mistake in downloading db packages and that wrong package
came in too. I had now removed it from the installation directory and, at last
all glibc upgrade went fine. Now I'll download rpm and locales, as you told.

My suggestion is to download cooker and install(not upgrade) it instead. You
will have less problems
