[Cooker] sgml-common and openjade dep in wrong order

It seems that openjade adds a file that sgml-common wants to modify, even though it is openjade that is dependant on sgml-common. I tried this:- [root@gamut b]# rpm -Uvh sgml-*.rpm openjade-1.3-6mdk.i586.rpm sgml-common ## install
