Anyone know of a way with Rsync to repeatedly check the server until it
gets through? Is there a way to write a script which constantly checks
the Rsync server until it gets a connection?
This is VERY annoying - max connections for 3 days now!
Thx,
R.Fox

first rsync of ftp.sunet.se next start rsync of ftp.uninett.no
these are the files that haven't been updated as of this time.
The mirror maintainer of uninett needs to fix this problem.

Long ago was said that sunsite.uio.no was obsolete; you have to use

really? I've been syncing fine from sunsite and doing installs with it and

since this morning there's a folder named 8.1 and inside I can even find the

ok, i tried a different ftp cooker server and it has all the latest stuff...
For all practical purposes
I only spot checked the thread, if any has brought this up.
Seeing as a little more than 1/3 of rc1-CD2 has been remirrored on
sunsite, is there another mirror that properly supports proz? others i
tried like rpmfind dont get any speed increase (note, i never do more
than a few connections)
and jump back in time to replace peoples boxes and cds with 8.1.1?
People spend a lot of money on stuff like prosuites. Then again, if mdk
holds to the tradition of being late in stocking the box sets, i suppose
you could do a d/l only 81 and then box up 811.
that's a good idea... never
Could someone please tell me when it becomes possible to update from
this site?
Thanks,
