That is strange. I had no problem even with beta3. However, not with 8.0 I have tons of applications dumping out. The ones I get to recompile with kgcc instead of gcc seem to work after that. However, vmware crashes big time or hangs. For example, in the install process of vmware-config.pl, when i

I installed vmware-2.0.3 build 799 tonight on 8.0 final and it seems to work with no problems. I have not created a new virtual machine from scartch, but I do not expect this to be an issue. I did replace the vmnet.tar file with one which contained the vnetInt.h patch already applied before I
