Hi Mycell, It's great to find you on this list. I hope you are doing well. When I fry an egg, I want the yolk to be soft and the white to be white, i.e., not runny, so I start timing as soon as the egg hits the sizzling butter. I plop on a lid and time it for 3 minutes. That works out fine
