Then my family requested it every time we had leftover ham and still do.
Ham-Potato Casserole
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pound cooked ham, cubed
1/2 cup chopped onion

white, i.e., not runny, so I start timing as soon as the egg hits the
sizzling butter. I plop on a lid and time it for 3 minutes. That
works out fine
