Brittany, here is the method for a recipe for baked potato in the microwave.
This is from allrecipes.com and this is for 1 potato.
If you want to make more than one, put the desired amount on a microwave
safe plate; check for doneness with a fork as you might have to add a minute

I would wonder if the eggs get completely cooked in a microwave recipe of this
sort.
I made a plum pudding 7 years and the mold I used was too flat.
I put the pudding in a casserole dish and microwaved it.
It looked beautiful but were the eggs all cooked.
I disposed of it for fear of poisoning
Thanks; I'm keeping this one, too. I have a question, though: The directions
say to cook on low power. My microwave has 10 power settings, so I'm wondering
if I should use power level one?

I'd think it might be really good and would add some spice flavor to add

This is the only microwave fruitcake I could find. Unhappily, there are no
spices called for. If I do decide to make this, I've got to put in some spices.
BRANDIED FRUITCAKE
1/2 lb. candied chopped fruit
1/4 lb. candied cherries
1/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
2 tbsp.
does any one have a fruitcake recipe for the microwave? if so, please post.

I think letting the potato stand for a few minutes is a good idea, besides
cooking it a minute or so less. My parents used to wrap the potato in foil
when they let it stand. But I've found that to be an unnecessary step. But
you can try that as well.

You should cook it a bit less. I think it's a bit overcooked.

Hi Brittany.
When I bake potatoes in the microwave here's what I do. Do exactly as
you've been doing, but I don't bother with the paper towel. I either
stand the spuds on a plate or directly round the outside edge of the
turntable. In the middle if I'm only doing one potato. I give them

Hi,
Why don't you try rubbing some butter on the potato and putting the potato in a
microwave proof casserole dish that has a lid on it. Also stab the potato all
over with a knife before microwaving. That's what I do.

I lay mine on a paper towel but don't wrap it. When the potato begins to
feel soft I wrap in foil and just let it stand for a few minutes.

lower the cooking time. Try 3 minutes and add time if needed, feel the
potato and if it is soft, don't add time. Feels hard a little time.

You can put the potato in some wet paper towel and cook it less time. The
paper towel will be hot so take it out with something like pot holder. It
makes the potato very moist. Cook a little less time. I do this with mmy
potatoes. Lenore

Hi, Brittany,
It sounds to me like you are doing everything correctly. You may be over
cooking the potato and drying it out. Try cooking for less time and letting
the potato stand for three minutes or so before serving. A small to medium
potato will take four to five minutes with a resting ti
Hi, Mary,
You said you have frozen meatballs and tater tots in the freezer. What do you
have in your pantry? Do you have pasta, spaghetti? Do you have a jar of
spaghetti sauce? You could serve spaghetti and meatballs, keeping the tater
tots for another time. It you have a can of cream of mu
Hello all,
I really need some help from some of you more experienced cooks out there. I
feel like this is a really dumb and very basic question, but I'm going to ask
it anyway because apparently I'm doing something wrong and I need to find out
what it is. I am not an experienced cook but I'm n
I am limited on time here right now before needing to leave, but could you
possibly use the meatballs instead of ground beef and make a tater tot
casserole? I could look up tater tot casserole later for you, but bet that
would work; my way of thinking is if you put all that in slow cooker with
