a good recipe. I've made it several times:
Italian Meatloaf
1-1/2 pounds lean hamburg
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1 cup spaghetti sauce, homemade or jarred, divided
1 4-ounce can mushrooms, drained
