When I make eggs in the microwave I scramble them with a little almond milk,
add whatever I want then leave in the micro for about 30 seconds then I check
on it and leave it more up to one minute. Depending on your microwave.

small bowl well, then crack the egg into it. Then I take a fork and poke holes
in the egg, in the bowl, so it won't explode all over my microwave. Then I cook

I found to start with the rule, a minute per egg.
I've found that the more stuff you put in it affects the cooking time as well.
I personally scramble mine in a cup then pour in a bowl- I put cooking spray in
the bowl first though or it sticks.
