When I do pot roast I love the cp.
I place potatos and carrots at the bottom since they take longer to cook, then
I add my seasoned roast, onions, peppers, mushrooms last, then cover and let it
go up to 4-6 hours depending on size.
‘I have loved the stars too fondly to be fearful of the
night.
I always thought that potroasts were best or at least most commonly done in a
conventional oven.

No, I can't advise you about roasts in pressure cooker, because I never owned a
pressure cooker and rarely bother with roasts. Someone here should be able to
address your question about roasts in pressure cookers.

I had the impression that she wants to know how to do the roast in that new
pressure cooker. New things are very exciting to use and learn about.

I like that much better!
I have onion soup mix, so let me get this straight...
Put the foil down, then put the roast on it, put the onion soup mix on it, and
when you say wrap it up, put foil on it?
I need to get another slow cooker lol. I gave mine away when I got this
electric pressure cooke
Pot roast is best simmered on the stove for hours to bring out and blend
flavors. Since I don't want to keep replacing liquids, I do mine in a crock
pot. I put the veggies and potato in with the meat.
Yum,

Hi,
A 2 pound roast sounds small, but doable. Have you thought of putting the meat
on a large sheet of foil, sprinkling it with a packet of onion soup mix,
wrapping it tightly and cooking it in the oven at 350 for about an hour? This
should work nicely and taste good. You can boil potatoes, c
I'm all over google looking for a recipie for my 2 lbs potroast.
Some of these recipies, based on the description, folks are using the older
electric pressure cookers and I'm to stupid to modify or figure out how to
make it work.
Folks always say they love these things because it's just put al
