I consider a minimum of 10 messages from one person over a period of 1 or 2 days spamming. It's especially noticeable when compared to the one or two messages everyone else typically sends. It's 7, I just checked the guidelines. If someone posts more than that for more than a day or so I start deleting everything they send out, as there is no way all of those recipes can be fully accessible and it often represents forwarding instead of specific things geared to our needs. -Ori
