Marilyn, my fruit pizza is like this one, but without the jelly, just with the
cream cheese and fruits, using a sugar cookie base. It seemed like mine also
had some fresh pineapple, but I always vary the fruit according to what is in
season and what I can find. It seems as though my recipe also
The only thing I might question in this recipe is the amount of paprika. If it
is a hot variety a little can go a long way.

Super Simple? Well, I don't know about you, but cutting a cake into two layers
does not qualify in my cake experience as any kind of simple.

Here's the way I'd do it for the suggestion of something that could be
controlled to cut cakes:
Mount two rods to a board, upright. Make sure they're about a foot across from
each other. Also make sure the board is long enough to clamp it in place in
your kitchen so it doesn't move around.
