I like the sound of this recipe but haven't done much broiling any
suggestions on broiling things?

One thing I learned when using these coffee systems is to measure the
water that you will need before boiling it. Then, you can just pour it
through when it is hot. So, for 1 cup fill that cup and pour in to
whatever you will heat it with.

A thought about fries, you could have two cookie sheets the same size.
When it is time to turn the fries, take them out of the oven place the
second sheet over the pan of fries use pot holdersand turn the pans over
put the new pan back in the oven and finish cooking.
